- Acted as the Strategic and Financial Advisors to a large private sector bank for its diversification into Housing Finance and Asset Management.
- Acted as the Sole Arranger to a leading Mobile Services Operator (provider of Cellular Mobile Telephony Services in Mumbai) for the placement of Rs. 3000 Million Infrastructure bonds eligible for tax benefits under Section 10 (23G) of the Income Tax Act.
- Strategic Consultants to leading Mobile Services Operator the Holding Company of well-known Conglomerate for their fund raising programmes for implementation of the project to provide Cellular Mobile Telephony Services. Acting as the Arranger for raising Rs. 3000 Million Short term financing for the Company.
- Worked as Co-Lead Arranger on syndication of Rs. 12500 Million Term Loan for leading Mobile Services Operator the provider of Cellular Mobile Telephony Services in the states of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
- Arranged a Rs. 450 Million medium term loan for a company in steel business, part of a leading conglomerate.
- Acted as Financial Advisors to a network services company for its Swiss Franc 55 Mn. offering and arranged Structured Lease Syndication and Debt transaction and raised over US$ 55 Mn.
- Acted as the Holding Company for an Infrastructure Power initiatives.
- Acted as the Sole Arranger for syndication of debt aggregating Rs. 480 Million for one of the largest infrastructure conglomerates.
