Lexicon Securities Limited, is a subsidiary of Lexicon Finance Limited that is founded and owned by Mr. Sudhakar Gande, a renowned name in the world of finance, technology and entrepreneurship. Mr. Sudhakar Gande is a Director and Founder Chairman of the Lexicon group that has a net worth in excess of ~ Rs. 100 crore.

Mr. Sudhakar Gande comes with over three decades of experience in the areas of investment banking, corporate finance, venture development and management, technology, entrepreneurship, corporate strategy, and general management. He has held several prestigious positions in his career, both in India and across the globe. He served as the Senior Director of American Express, Managing Director of a leading private sector bank as well as CEO of Jupiter Capital. As a CEO and Board member in Jupiter Capital, Mr. Gande was instrumental in building multiple companies across various sectors such as media (Asianet), hospitality (Niraamaya) and defence and engineering services (Axiscades). He is currently the Non-executive Director of AXISCADES Group.

Mr. Gande is also Co-chairman of FICCI Defence and Aerospace Committee and also member of Visionary Group for Start-ups set up by Government of Karnataka. He was also a member of Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT), New Delhi.

Mr. Gande completed his M.Tech (Electronics and Computers) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, and MBA in Finance from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University.

Gopal B Iyer, Director, Lexicon Securities Ltd. has over two decades of both Banking and business experience. He is a Chartered Accountant who started his career with American Express Bank in India. He headed the corporate banking and credit risk portfolios and was one of the youngest Directors. He then served as the Advisor to Prudential Asia Infrastructure Investors, Hong Kong, before he became an entrepreneur and set up ventures in the Consulting and BPO space. He is actively involved in the Investment Banking Related Activities of Lexicon Securities Limited.

K. Unnikrishnan, MBA, Sr. Advisor of Lexicon Securities Limited is a senior management consulting professional with over three decades' experience in Project Finance and new business evaluation. He is in the Corporate Advisory Services business which is involved in advising companies on structuring and raising finance in the fast growing sectors such as real estate, infrastructure areas such as telecom, ports, roads, etc.

Anant Khamankar, Sr. Advisor, Lexicon Securities Limited, is a Company Secretary who is involved in activities of Investment Banking related due diligence and Company Law matters and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) compliances requirements. He has expertise in the areas of mergers and acquisition and the legal due diligence compliance. He advises large Indian groups on these areas.
